Pets have been going missing, one after another. Someone has set strange lures in the mountains, drawing them out to cliffs, islands and rooftops.

You’re the rescue team’s helicopter pilot. HeliHop is about really flying: throttle and tilt against inertia, gravity and gusts. Fly too fast and you can’t stop; hover unsteadily and the pets can’t jump on.

Pick them up one by one, land gently at the animal hospital, and they’ll move into your collection. Fifty cats and dogs — some you’ll meet all the time, and some you might only meet once.

The prologue

A wordless comic that plays before your first rescue

  1. Missing pet photographs arrive at the rescue base, beside an empty collar and carrier.
    Our missing friends are waiting to come home.
  2. A comic divider separates a rescuer studying a map from pets climbing toward a treat lure, watched by an organization member behind a rock.
    A mysterious lure is drawing pets into the mountains.
  3. Seen from behind, a rescuer gathers rope beside a prepared rope ladder and pet rescue bag.

Before your first flight, a three-step lesson covers taking off and turning, picking up pets and landing safely. The first world is the gentlest; the challenge grows world by world.
